By time, by substance and by strand its dissolution is threefold. The first creation is that of the great principle, the unevenness of the strands within the self. The second is of I-making, in which substance and knowledge and action arise. The third is the creation of the elements, of the subtle elements, holding the power of substance. The fourth is the creation of the senses, which is of knowledge and of action. The fifth is the vaikarika creation of the gods, and of this the mind is made. The sixth, lord, is the creation of darkness, which is made by want of understanding. These six are the natural creations; now hear from me of the derived ones as well.

This is the play of the revered one who takes on passion, whose mind is Hari. The seventh is the chief creation, that of the standing things, and it is of six kinds.
