52With your foot, bright as the petal of an autumn lotus, whose toenails shake the wrong out of us within, show us your own place, where fear is put away: you are the teacher, and the teacher of the road for those who keep to the dark. 53This is the form to be meditated on by those who want the self made clean and who carry out their own duty, since the yoga of devotion to it gives freedom from fear. 54You are to be had by one who has devotion, and are hard for all who wear bodies to reach; you are wanted above a kingdom of one's own, the whole and only goal of those who know the self. 55Who, having worshipped him who is so hard to worship, with an undivided devotion that even the good hardly reach, would want anything outside, away from the sole of his foot?
56Where a man has entered for shelter, the ender does not set his eye, though he wrecks the world with a lift of his brow, out of his force and daring. 57I do not weigh heaven, nor the not being born again, against half a moment in the company of those who keep the Bhagavan's company, much less the blessings that mortals ask for.
