As long as we wander here by our works, touched by your maya, so long let there be for us, birth after birth, the company of those who keep your company. We would not weigh heaven, nor freedom from being born again, against a fragment of the company of those who keep the Bhagavan's company, much less what mortals ask for. There the clean accounts are honoured, and from them thirst comes to rest; there is no enmity there among beings, and nothing there troubles anyone; there Narayana himself, the Bhagavan, the way of those who have renounced, is praised again and again in good tellings by men whose clinging is loosed.

They go about on their feet, wanting to make the fords clean. To a man who is afraid, how would the coming of your own people not be welcome? But we, Bhagavan, by a moment's meeting with Bhava, your dear friend, have come today to you for our way, the best healer of this becoming and this death, so hard to cure.
