Verse 16

¹⁴From Gaya, on Gayanti, there were three sons, Citraratha, Sugati and Avarodhana. From Citraratha, on Urna, Samrat was born. ¹⁵Then, on Utkala, Marici; from Marici, on Bindumati, Bindumat came up; from him, on Saragha, there was one named Madhu; from Madhu, on Sumanas, Viravrata; from him, on Bhoja, Manthu and Pramanthu were born; from Manthu, on Satya, Bhauvana; from him, on Dusana, Tvasta was born; from Tvasta, on Virocana, Viraja; and to Viraja, on Visuci, a hundred sons were born, Satajit the best of them, and a daughter. ¹⁶On this there is this verse: Viraja, born last, made this line of Priyavrata glorious beyond measure by his fame, as Visnu did the host of the gods.
