25For the most part these great people do not know this. Their minds are thoroughly bewildered by the goddess maya, their understanding made dull by the three Vedas with their honeyed flowers, as they are yoked to the great work of the fire offerings. 26Having thought it out in this way, those of good understanding give themselves wholly over to the endless Bhagavan in the yoke of feeling. They do not deserve punishment from me; and if any wrong should be theirs, the telling of him who is widely sung destroys that too. 27Do not approach those good men who see evenly and have taken refuge in the Bhagavan, whose clean songs the gods and the perfected sing. They are guarded by Hari's mace. Neither we nor time have power to punish them.
28Bring me those untrue ones who have turned their faces, always, from the honey of Mukunda's lotus feet, which those who have nothing, the flocks of highest swans who know its taste, keep to; whose thirst is fastened instead on the household, which is the road to hell. 29Whose tongue does not say the qualities and names of the Bhagavan, whose thought does not remember those lotus feet, whose head does not bow to Krsna even once: bring me those untrue ones, who have done nothing for Visnu.
