When a man hates the gods, the Vedas, the cows, the brahmins, the good, dharma and me, he is quickly destroyed. When he does harm to Prahlada, his own son, great of soul, at peace and with no enmity in him, I will kill him, for all the strength his boons give. Spoken to so by the teacher of the world, the dwellers in heaven bowed to him and went back with their alarm gone, and counted the demon as good as killed. That lord of the Daityas had four sons, all of them a great wonder. Prahlada was the great one among them for his qualities, a server of the great.
