So this is what you must do: pull up the seed of the works that are made of the three strands. That is yoga, the stilling of the mind's running stream. Among a thousand means to that, the Bhagavan himself named this one: whatever brings a plain delight in the Lord, the Bhagavan, and however it comes. By waiting on the teacher, by devotion, by giving up all that one gets; by keeping company with the good who are devoted, and by worshipping the Lord; by trusting his story, by praising aloud his qualities and his deeds, by meditating on his lotus feet, by looking upon the marks of him and honouring them. Hari, the Bhagavan, the Lord, is seated in all beings. Holding that, a man should give beings their due honour in his mind, and with the wants he has.

So by those who have beaten the group of six, devotion is given to the Lord, to Vasudeva the Bhagavan, and by it delight in him is reached.
