9Salutation to him, the supreme Lord, Brahman, whose power has no end. Salutation to the one without form who has many forms, whose acts are a wonder. 10Salutation to the lamp of the self, the witness, the supreme Self. Salutation to him who is far from words, and far from the mind and the thoughts as well. 11Salutation to him who is come at through clarity, by the one who knows and has left off works; to the lord of aloneness, who is the knowing of the joy in which all is quenched. 12Salutation to the peaceful, to the terrible, to the dull, to him who carries the ways of the strands. Salutation to him in whom no distinctions are, who is the same everywhere, and who is knowledge close-packed.
13Salutation to you, knower of the field, overseer of all, witness. Salutation to the Person, whose root is himself, to the root nature of things. 14To the seer of what the senses and the strands do, the cause of every notion, who is pointed at by the unreal as by a shadow and who is the showing through of what is real: salutation to you.
