Then the gods, the sages and the gandharvas, with Brahma and Isana at their head, let fall a shower of flowers, praising that act of Hari's. Kettledrums of heaven sounded; the gandharvas danced and sang; the sages, the wandering singers and the perfected ones praised the best of Persons. That crocodile, at that very moment, took on a form of the greatest wonder. He was Huhu, best of the gandharvas, released now from Devala's curse. Bowing his head to the overlord, him whose verses are holy, who does not waste away, he sang of that house of fame, whose qualities are worth the singing and whose story is good. Pitied so by the Lord, he walked around him and bowed to him, and while the world looked on he went to his own world, his stain gone from him.

By the touch of the Bhagavan the elephant king was loosed from the bondage of not knowing, and he took on the form of the Bhagavan himself, dressed in yellow, with four arms.
