Verse 13

⁸Rama, Sankarsana, was spoken of by you as Rohini's son. How was there a joining of him with Devaki's womb, without another body? ⁹Why did Mukunda, the Bhagavan, go from his father's house to Vraja? And where did the lord of the Satvatas make his dwelling, along with his kinsmen? ¹⁰Living in Vraja, what did Kesava do, and what in the city of Madhu? And why did he kill Kamsa outright, his mother's brother, who did not deserve that of him? ¹¹Taking on a human body, how many years did the lord live with the Vrsnis in the city of the Yadus? And how many wives were his? ¹²This, sage, and all the rest of what Krsna did, you who know everything should tell out fully to me, who trust you.

¹³This hunger, hard as it is to bear, does not trouble me, though I have given up water too, while I drink the deathless story of Hari that falls from the lotus of your mouth.
