24His eyes roll a little as if with wine; he gives his own friends a little honour; the wood-garland is on him; his face is pale as the badara fruit, and he sets off his soft cheek with the beauty of golden earrings. 25The lord of the Yadus, who plays as a king of elephants plays, comes at the end of the day like the lord of the night, his face glad, freeing the cows of Vraja from a day's heat that would not otherwise end. 26So, king, the women of Vraja sang out Krsna's plays and took their delight through the days, their thought in him, their minds in him; and what rose in them was great.
