Covered with heaps of flowers by the sky-born, who were praising him, he was carried to the city through the air by his wife, who moves in the sky. King, with his wife he entered the best of the inner rooms, crowded with a hundred women, as a cloud comes down out of the sky with its lightning. Seeing him dark as a rain cloud, in yellow silk, long-armed, coppery-eyed, well smiling, with a lovely face, his lotus face set off by dark curling lines of hair, the women took him for Krsna and hid themselves shyly here and there. Little by little, by a slight difference, they made him out, and came up delighted and full of wonder, to him and to the jewel of a woman with him.
