Mounting the chariot that carries Garuda on its banner, Rama and Janardana went after the man who had wronged his elder, with very swift horses, king. In a grove near Mithila his horse fell and he left it and ran on his feet in terror, and Krsna ran after him in anger. The Bhagavan, on foot after a man on foot, cut his head off with the sharp-rimmed disc and searched his two garments for the jewel. Not finding the jewel, Krsna came back to his elder brother and said: Satadhanvan has been killed for nothing. The jewel is not there. Then Bala said: Surely that jewel has been left by Satadhanvan with some man. Go to the city and look for him.

I want to see the king of Videha, who is dearest to me. Saying this, king, the delight of the Yadus went into Mithila.
