32For the sage whose senses are conquered, who is held in, whose breath and whose self are conquered, who holds a holding on me, what power is there that is hard to get? 33These are called hindrances for one who is working at the highest yoga. For one who is coming to be with me, they are so many ways of wasting time. 34However many powers there are here by birth, by herbs, by austerity, by mantras, he gains all of them by yoga; but by no other way does one go where yoga goes. 35Of all the powers whatever I am the cause, the lord, the master. I am the lord of yoga, of enumeration, of dharma, and of those who speak of Brahman.
36I am the self of all who wear bodies, within and without, and nothing covers me; as the elements are in beings, outside them and inside them, so am I myself.
