Verse 5

¹Tell me the yoga of rites, the worship of you, master: from what, and by whom, and in what way those of the Satvatas worship you, bull of the Satvatas. ²The sages say again and again that this is the highest good of men: Narada, the revered Vyasa, and the teacher who is the son of Angiras. ³It came out of your lotus mouth: what the revered unborn one told to his sons headed by Bhrgu, and what the revered Bhava told to the goddess. ⁴This is agreed for all classes and all stages, and I hold it the highest of the goods, and for women and sudras as well, giver of honour. ⁵Tell this, whose eyes are lotus petals, which looses the bondage of works, to one who is given to you and loves you, lord of the lords of the world.
