In plain words
The cowherd girls, waking a girl who trusts her lovely eyes to bring Kṛṣṇa to her: All the girls have gone into the place of the vow, singing the glorious deeds of the one who tore open the beak of the bird [the demon Baka] and who nipped off the wicked rākṣasa [Rāvaṇa] and cast him away. Venus has risen and Jupiter has set; the birds are calling too, see! O girl whose eyes are like flowers, like a deer's, will you lie in bed instead of plunging in and bathing till you are chilled through? O lovely girl, on this good day of all days, leave off your cunning of keeping him to yourself, and join us. Take it up and heed it, girl of ours.
