In plain words
The cowherd girls, to Kṛṣṇa, as those who have no other refuge: Like the kings of this lovely, wide, great earth who come with their pride broken and sit in throngs beneath your throne, we have come and drawn near to you. Will your red eyes not open on us little by little, like a lotus opened only as far as the mouth of a little bell? If you look upon us with your two lovely eyes, as though the moon and the sun had risen together, the curse of sorrow that lies on us will fall away. Take it up and heed it, girl of ours.
