In plain words
The cowherd girls, with Nappiṉṉai now among them, to Kṛṣṇa: O son of the one who has in abundance great, generous cows that pour out milk without stopping, till the vessels held beneath them brim up and spill over, awake! O steadfast one, O great one, whose greatness the Vedas cannot measure, O radiance who appeared in this world, wake from sleep! Just as your enemies, their strength spent against you, come helpless to your door and bow at your feet, so we have come, praising you and wishing you well. Take it up and heed it, girl of ours.
