In plain words
The cowherd girls, to Kṛṣṇa, of the reward they hope for: O Gōvinda, whose glory it is to win over those who oppose you: this is the reward we shall receive when we have sung of you and received the drum. So that the whole land praises us, we shall wear, beautifully, many ornaments [put on us by you and Nappiṉṉai], bracelets, armlets, ear-studs, ear-flowers, anklets and the like; we shall put on fine clothes; and after that, with rice cooked in milk hidden under ghee poured until it runs down to our elbows, we shall sit together and be refreshed. Take it up and heed it, girl of ours.
