In plain words

The poet, telling of Rāma of Tillai Citrakūṭam: At the word of Kaikēsi, whose curling locks bear flowers blooming in clusters, he gave up the ancient city; Guha, full of devotion, ferried him across the Gaṅgā at its ford; he went into the forest, gave his sandals and the kingdom to Bharata, and dwelt at Citrakūṭa. Now the people of this wide earth are granted to see him, to their eyes' content, in Tiruccitrakūṭam in the town of Tillai, and the eternal attendants [nityasūris] are no match for them in any way.
