In plain words

Joy comes, nectar wells up, and the mind of stone is made to melt through and through. If it is thus that the Expanse none can see and know has come and entered the mind of this servant, then apart from the one lofty Hall of Tillai, Hall of the Lord who shows his spreading matted hair, his white ash, his radiant gold colour like the red sky, and his ancient dance, we will no longer lower ourselves, go to others, and speak our wants to them in paltry words woven through with lies.

Line by line

Joy coming, nectar welling up, the stone mind entirely having made to melt; the Expanse which there are none to see and know the Expanse, coming, entered the mind of this servant, if so; the spreading matted hair and the white ash, like the red sky the radiant gold colour and the ancient dance, he shows, the Owner's lofty Tillai Hall, that one alone, apart from it, demeaning ourselves, now going to others, to them with lies with paltry words interlaced, we will not speak our desire.
