In plain words

The countless mothers who bear me, and I who am born of them; the thousand crores of sorrows that befall me; the days that go on in weariness and come to their end: all the distress that lay in these is being cut away, in the red-gold Hall of the Lord of Tillai who owns me.

Line by line

The countless mothers who bear, and I who receive birth, me the sorrows that befall, a thousand crores of them too, and with weariness going the days that come to their end too: as these, the distress that lay, all of it, is being cut off, in the red-gold Hall of the Lord of Tillai who owns me.
