In plain words

He is the bridegroom who united with the deer-like Umā, the boon-giver of Kāzhi, who protected the red-eyed Viṣṇu; and to his devotees he gives mutti in grace. The other great things, learning and true wealth, are given by Sarasvatī and Lakṣmī of the rich lotus that yields honey, who abide to give them.

Line by line

The bridegroom who united with the deer, the boon-giver of Kāzhi, the red-eyed Māl he protected; to devotees he gives mukti in grace; the other great things, learning and true wealth, they abide and give: of the rich lotus that gives honey, Nāmakaḷ and Centiru, indeed.
