In plain words

O man of the hills! Kampar bears the sharp-edged, three-pronged spear of battle. On his flowery Kailāsa, standing high, the lion with a voice that roars like thunder roams the path, after splitting the brow of the beautiful rutting elephant that sheds great pearls. There in the field, the girl whose smile is like pearls given forth is hard for your longing to reach.

Line by line

Of the rutting elephant of great strength that sheds big pearls, the brow having split, the lion with a strong voice like thunder roams the path; lofty; of the sharp-edged fighting three-pronged spear-weaponed Kampar's flowery Kailāsa, in the field for longing for her whose smile is like given pearls, O man of the hills, reaching is hard.
