In plain words

On the right, the shoulder brushed by the ear ornament rises there like a mountain of coral, and the broad chest shines with ash white as frost, like the golden mountain that the sun goes round. On the left, a shoulder like bamboo, touched by hair that shakes down pollen, is adorned with fragrant sandal paste, and the breast bears breasts that put the dice to shame. Such is Ēkampar's beauty.

Line by line

The right shoulder that the ear ornament brushes is a coral mountain rising there; the broad chest shining with frost-white ash, like the golden mountain that sends the sun round; the bamboo shoulder joined by hair that shakes down pollen, adorned with fragrant sandal paste, the breast with breasts that put dice to shame, on the left: Ēkampar's beauty indeed.
