In plain words

The three thousand men of the four Vedas come together and bow, saying, “The Lord delighted in the dance and took us to be saved.” They know nothing but that full and true duty. That Hall at Tillai, and Kāḷatti: these places are sweet to our Lord who dwells at Ēkampam in Kanchi.

Line by line

The Lord delighted in the dance and took us to be saved, so saying, the men of the four Vedas, the three thousand, coming together, bow; the full, true duty apart, knowing nothing else, Tillai's Hall; Kāḷatti; these places are sweet to our Lord who dwells at Ēkampam in Kanchi indeed.
