In plain words

He is sweet. He is the one of such excellence. He is the Unique One, of whom none can say, “Others are like him.” His form is one with the woman. He is the sage who taught aṟam. He is the three-eyed one who delighted in the bull as well. He is sweet to the love of Caṇḍi. He bears the burning axe as his weapon: Kanchi's Ēkampar.

Line by line

The sweet one; the one of such excellence; others are like him, it cannot be said: the unique one; whose form is with the woman; who taught aṟam, the sage; the three-eyed one who delighted in the bull too; to Caṇḍi's love sweet; who holds the burning axe-blade weapon, Kanchi's Ēkampar indeed.
