In plain words

He hid from the good daughter of Himavān the arrows he loosed in profusion, crowding his bow, when he shot the cities. He is the one who filled; he lessened my evil viṉai. Karuṅkuṉṟam, Veṇkuṉṟam, Ceṅkuṉṟam, Maṉṉaṟkuṉṟam, Neṭuṅkuṉṟam, long Kazhukkuṉṟam, Mutukuṉṟam: say, these are Ēkampar's hills.

Line by line

Loosed in profusion, the bow's full volley with which he shot the cities, from the good daughter of Himavān he hid; Karuṅkuṉṟam, Veṇkuṉṟam, Ceṅkuṉṟam, Maṉṉaṟkuṉṟam; he who filled: Neṭuṅkuṉṟam, long Kazhukkuṉṟam; my evil viṉai he who lessened: Mutukuṉṟam; say, these are Ēkampar's hills.
