In plain words

Not thinking of the cruelty of the bull's charge, their minds pierced by the corners of the high maiden's dark, spear-like eyes, the band of young men leap at every gateway and rise, mingling like the sea, in the village common, in the mullai land of Kanchi, the city of Kampar who slew the tiger, where the sluices flow into beds of young jasmine, among the fawns and the calves.

Line by line

Not thinking of the cruelty of the bull's charge, the high maiden's spear-like dark eyes' corners leaping into their minds, the young men; tiger-slaying Kampar's Kanchi, in the young mullai by beds where the sluices flow, with fawns, calves; the band leaping at every gate, in the village common, like the sea, mingling, rises indeed.
