In plain words

O heart, let us do it today for holy Ēkampar, however little it may be. Those who think, “Tomorrow we will do the service, and do it well,” and so go off into the body's business and do nothing: leave them as companions. Those who stand firm in their servitude every day without fail, to them he will show the long path.

Line by line

Today we will do it, turning from this; for holy Ēkampar, however little, we will do well, the service, tomorrow, so thinking, O heart, into the body's business those who go and do not do, leave as companions; every day, unfailing, servitude those who stand and do, to them he will show the long path indeed.
