In plain words
The poet, to those who name their children: If you give a foul body full of filth, born of a foul body full of filth, the name of another foul body full of filth, there is nothing in it for the life to come. If you call them by the name that holds all eminence, Gōvinda! Gōvinda!, the mother of a child called by the name of Nārāyaṇa, who has the power to raise up, will never enter hell.
