Amutaṉār: Our Mādhava himself was born on the earth in birth after birth, and though he stood before their eyes, the people of the world could not see that he is their master. The very moment the great Rāmānuja came and appeared, they all gained knowledge hard to reach [by their own effort] and became servants of Nārāyaṇa.
