In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: O our Lord! Your feet took away the days of the king of Kāśī of burning wrath, of Dantavakra, of Pauṇḍraka, of Māli of great wrath, of mighty Sumāli, of Kēśi and of Dhēnuka, so that they met their ruin and fell. Except to those feet, I will bind my love to nothing at all.
