In plain words
The poet, to the Lord of Araṅgam: Letting all truth in thought, word and deed go, caught among women with flowing hair, packed full of lies of every kind, I, with nowhere else to go, have come and stand here. O Lord, O Araṅgaṉ, by my longing for your grace I, a liar, have come and stand here. A liar I am, a liar [in thought, in word and in deed]!
