जाग्रद्देहवदाभाति निद्रादेहस्तु निद्रया ।निद्रादेहविनाशेन जाग्रद्देहो न नश्यति ॥ ४५ ॥

The body you wear in a dream looks every bit as solid as the body you wear awake — sleep is what makes it shine like that. And when the dream body is destroyed, the waking body does not die with it.

Like the waking body it appears — the sleep-body, however, through sleep. By the destruction of the sleep-body, the waking body does not perish.
