Aparokṣānubhūtiḥ

Verse 101

नित्याभ्यासादृते प्राप्तिर्न भवेत्सच्चिदात्मनः ।तस्माद्ब्रह्म निदिध्यासेज्जिज्ञासुः श्रेयसे चिरम् ॥ १०१ ॥

In plain words

Without unbroken practice, you will not reach the ātman that is pure being and pure awareness. So let the one who truly wants to know sit with Brahman in deep contemplation, and keep at it for a long time — for the highest good there is.

Close to the Sanskrit

Without constant practice, attainment of the Self that is Being and Consciousness would not come about. Therefore let the seeker of knowledge meditate deeply on Brahman for a long time, for the highest good.
