In plain words
Once you have really seen the rope for what it is, the snake cannot stay. In the same way, once the substratum is known, this whole spread-out world goes to nothing.
Close to the Sanskrit
When the form of the rope is fully known, the snake-delusion does not stand; likewise, when the substratum is known, the manifold world would go to nothingness.
