Bangles, rings, chains — every shape is nothing but the gold. In just that way, all the countless forms that appear are imagined in the Ātman: being, awareness, running unbroken through everything, eternal, Viṣṇu who pervades it all.

In the Self that is being and consciousness, threaded through all, eternal, in Viṣṇu, are imagined all the manifold manifestations — as bracelets and the like are in gold.
