In plain words

Your hips, where a girdle heavy with great jewels blazes on the knot of the deep red silk; your navel, a bright whorl curling to the right; the three folds at your waist; and the fine line of hair, Mother — these I worship.

Close to the Sanskrit

Your hips, whose cluster of a great-jewelled girdle shines upon the knot tied in the lovely crimson garment; and your navel with its glimmering right-turning whorl; the three folds; and, O Mother, your line of hair — these I worship.
