In plain words
Her body slender as a flowering vine, dressed in nothing but her own surpassing beauty, glowing with the red of lac on her hands and feet. Every wife of every god has come and stands waiting to serve her; the jewel rests bright at the parting of her hair. By the sheer overflow of her love she has won her beloved utterly, and with the same hands she cut down Bhaṇḍāsura. She lives on the holy hill of Śrīśaila — the Goddess, Śrī Mātā, the Mother. On her I set my mind.
Close to the Sanskrit
Her whose vine-like body is adorned with surpassing loveliness, who is aglow with the red of lac; her to whom all the wives of the gods have come in service, who wears the jewel at the parting of her hair; her who has won her beloved by the radiant surge of her love, who cut down the demon Bhaṇḍa; her who dwells in the holy ground of Śrīśaila, the Goddess, Śrī Mātā — on her I meditate.
