In plain words

Her breast anointed with camphor, agarwood and saffron, her whole form standing camphor-white. She burns karma to ash — the karma dragged behind us, the karma we hold up as our best, the karma sown deep. Kāmeśvarī, mistress of desire; Kāminī, the loving one; Kāmākṣī, whose heart is soaked through with compassion; still standing when the aeons run out. She lives on the ground of Śrīśaila — the Goddess, Śrī Mātā, the Mother. On her I meditate.

Close to the Sanskrit

Her whose breast is marked with camphor, agaru and saffron; her who abides in the colour of camphor; her who burns karma that is dragged along, exalted, and deep-sown; Kāmeśvarī, the loving one; Kāmākṣī, whose heart is moist with the sap of compassion; her who endures across the aeons; her who dwells in the place of Śrīśaila — the Goddess, Śrī Mātā, I meditate upon.
