In plain words

Those deities said: 'All this food is truly just this much, and you have chanted for it all for yourself. Share this food with us.' Prāṇa replied: 'Then enter into me.' Saying 'So be it,' they took their places all around him and entered into him. Therefore, whenever anyone eats food by means of prāṇa, these very senses are satisfied thereby. In the same way, his own relatives approach and enter the one who has this knowledge; he becomes a provider for his kin, a foremost leader, an eater of food, and a lord—he who knows thus. But if someone who does not possess this knowledge attempts to support dependents among his kin, he proves unequal to the task. Only he who aligns himself with this knower, and following him seeks to maintain dependents, truly proves capable of sustaining them.

Close to the Sanskrit

Those deities said, 'This much indeed is all this, whatever food is, that you chanted for for yourself; share with us in this food.' They said, 'Enter toward me indeed.' Thus saying, they entered surrounding that prāṇa completely. Therefore whatever food anyone eats by this, these are satisfied. Thus indeed his own people approach and enter him; a supporter of his own, foremost, a leader he becomes, an eater of food, an overlord, who thus knows. And whoever thus knowing wishes to support dependents among his own, he is not capable for dependents; and now, he who follows this one, who truly following wishes to support dependents, he indeed is capable for dependents.
