In plain words

If a man wants to make sure a woman does not conceive, he enters her, mouth to mouth, breathes in and then out, and says: 'With vigor, with your seed, I take the seed back.' And she is left without conceiving.

Close to the Sanskrit

Now, if he should desire that a woman not conceive a child — having placed his member in her, having joined mouth to mouth, having first breathed in and then breathed out, [he should say]: 'With vigor, with your semen, I take back the semen' — thus she remains without conceiving.
