In plain words
This particular body, with its organs, is set going by dharma and truth, and it always comes bound to some class of birth — 'human' being the one named here. And if you look, every group of living beings, precisely as members of the human class and its kin, exists by helping one another in turn. That is why the human class itself is honey to every being. And it is described in both ways at once — as something out there, and as something within you.
Close to the Sanskrit
This particular aggregate of body and organs, activated by dharma and truth, is that which becomes conjoined with whatever particular class it is conjoined with; that particular class is 'human' and the like. There, precisely as characterized by the class 'human' and the like, all groups of living beings are seen existing in a state of mutual, reciprocal helping and being helped; therefore the class 'human' and the like is also honey of all beings. In that connection, the class 'human' and the like is spoken of in both ways, as external and as inward.
