एतमृग्वेदमभ्यतपस्तस्याभितप्तस्य य- शस्तेज इन्द्रियं वीर्यमन्नाद्यं रसोऽजा- यत ॥ ३ ॥

In plain words

He concentrated deeply upon this Rigveda. From that intensely heated Veda, its essence was born—radiance, sensory vigor, vital energy, and sustaining nourishment.
