Verse 292

यदु रोहितमिवाभूदिति तेजसस्तद्रूप-मिति तद्विदांचक्रुर्यदु शुक्लमिवाभूदित्य-पां रूपमिति तद्विदांचक्रुर्यदु कृष्णमि-वाभूदित्यन्नस्य रूपमिति तद्विदांचक्रुः ॥ ६ ॥

In plain words

That which appeared red is the form of fire—thus those who know understand. That which appeared white is the form of water—thus they understand. That which appeared dark is the form of food—thus they understand.
