स यो बलं ब्रह्मेत्युपास्ते यावद्बलस्यगतं तत्रास्य यथाकामचारो भवति योबलं ब्रह्मेत्युपास्तेऽस्ति भगवो बलाद्भूयइति बलाद्वाव भूयोऽस्तीति तन्मे भग-वान्ब्रवीत्विति ॥ २ ॥

In plain words

He who meditates upon strength as Brahman enjoys unobstructed freedom of movement as far as the reach of strength extends. He who meditates upon strength as Brahman experiences this. 'Is there anything greater than strength, venerable sir?' 'Indeed, there is something greater than strength.' 'Then please, venerable sir, explain that to me.'
