Verse 48

स एष ये चैतस्मादर्वाञ्चो लोकास्तेषां चेष्टे मनुष्यकामानां चेति तद्य इमे वीणायां गायन्त्येतं ते गायन्ति तस्मात्ते धनसनय. ॥ ६ ॥

In plain words

He rules over all the worlds situated on this side, and over human desires. Therefore, when people sing to the lute, they are singing of him, and consequently they acquire great wealth.

Close to the Sanskrit

He is the ruler of these worlds which are lower than this, and of human desires. Therefore, those who sing on the lute, they sing of him; therefore they are gainers of wealth.
