Bhashya
स एष चाक्षुष पुरुष ये च एतस्मात् आध्यात्मिकादात्मन अर्वाञ्च अर्वाग्गता लोका तेषा चेष्टे मनुष्यसबन्धिना च कामानाम् ।तत् तस्मात् य इमे वीणाया गाय-न्ति गायका त एतमेव गायन्ति ।यस्मादीश्वर गायन्तितस्मात्ते धनसनय धनलाभयुक्ता , धनवन्त इत्यर्थ ॥
In plain words
This person within the eye and the subjective worlds turned toward this realm—he commands them all, along with human desires. Therefore, the lute-singers who perform are singing of him alone. Because they sing to the Lord, they attain wealth and prosperity, meaning they become truly affluent.

That this ocular person and those inner subjective worlds turned hither, he controls them and human desires. Therefore, those who sing the lute, those singers, they sing this very one. Because they sing the Lord, therefore they possess wealth acquisition and wealth gain, meaning they are wealthy.
