अग्नि हिंकार , प्रथमस्थानत्वात् ।वायु प्रस्ताव , आन-न्तर्यसामान्यात् ।आदित्य उद्गीथ , श्रेष्ठ्यात् ।नक्षत्राणिप्रतिहार , प्रतिहृतत्वात् ।चन्द्रमा निधनम् , कर्मिणा तन्निध-नात् ।एतद्राजन देवतासु प्रोतम् , देवताना दीप्तिमत्त्वात् ॥
In plain words
Whoever knows this rāja sāman to be thus strung across the deities attains shared worlds, shared majesty, and intimate union with those very powers. He lives out his full span of life, thrives long, and grows great in offspring, cattle, and renown. Let him never speak ill of brāhmaṇas—that is his sacred vow.
